Postgraduate International Interior Design

Content

The courses at Mechelen University College follow the dynamics of numerous worldwide phenomena and changes. We approach the encounter of - and the exchange between - young designers from various nationalities in a broad cultural context.

The encounter module consists of subjects such as Intercultural communication, Survival Dutch (for international students) and Ethical managerial problem solving.

Apart from this encounter module, students attend the International Design Module in Interior design. Students participate in project classes, they work in international design teams and present their work. They attend practical workshops, with intensive coaching. English tutorials are given for following subjects:

  • Interior design
  • Furniture design
  • Presentation techniques
  • Applied computer classes.

  • International students with a bachelor or master degree in interior design, product design, textile design, architecture, fine arts,...who would like to work in an interdisciplinary international design team in the field of interior design.
  • Belgian students with a bachelor or master degree in product design, textile design, architecture, fine arts,...who would like to work in an interdisciplinary international design team in the field of interior design.
  • Admission based on a letter of application, CV and portfolio
